The energy landscape
A solar array with a starring role.
A dedicated solar campus is planned as a visible part of the masterplan, alongside rooftop generation across residences and shared buildings. Its landscape, pathways, and operations pavilion are designed to belong to the place.

Golf opens the door. Life fills the rest.
Solar at every scale
Rooftop systems, a dedicated array, storage, controls, and reserve generation form the proposed off-grid design.
A complete community
Homes, gathering places, pools, and a resident-focused kosher grocer round out the vision. Planned 24/7 security and perimeter drone checks add another layer, subject to local rules and published privacy policies.
